Position: Clerk General II Job Type: Permanent Division Essential Foods: Klerksdorp Mill Location – Town / City: Klerksdorp Location – Province: North-West Location – Country: South Africa Specific Outputs Ensure all inventory controls (ordering-receiving and counting) are performed. Create and ensure accuracy of invoices to clients. Create sales deals for products sold. Create credit notes and correct the invoice. Capture GRV’s on the system. Create stock orders when needed. Assist in capturing stock transactions on system. Perform stock take. Required Experience
Eighteen months to two years relevant experience. Qualifications Grade 12. Primary Objectives of the Position Performs varied clerical duties and is responsible for the full clerical function, but cannot be considered a skilled or specialist clerk. Normally reports to Unit Supervisor.
