Handling of telephone and written queries
Validate data on scanning system
Correcting errors according to procedures
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Posting of policy contracts
Be willing to work weekends/public holidays GRADE 12

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
1 Year administration experience
