Job Title: Clerk Cash Solutions Job Section: Cash Solutions Reference: 90140618 Job Purpose: To provide administrative and clerical support for Absa Cash Solutions Executive team. Accountabilities Include: Office Management Collect and deliver mail for internal and external stakeholders via Absa Mail Room, then receive, open and distribute mail after logging Arrange documentation to be sent to archives and retrieve documents Daily banking of already prepared deposit slips and cash withdrawals Maintain Asset Register for all stock purchased & deliver Invoices and Claims Forms Maintaining Diary Management for Executive Boardrooms Coordinate in-house venue bookings and ensure all logistical requirements Building and maintain a contact database for the team Perform duties of a receptionist and switchboard as and when required Organize meetings and functions & maintain files for team documentation Record and relay telephone messages for team members who are out of office Account and Cost Maintenance Follow up with vendors for the delivery of items & check the invoices against items received Obtain signoff on invoices from the cost center owner and submit to accounts Submit supporting invoices for corporate credit card expenses Compliance to Absa Policies and Procedures Complete all compulsory training Adhere to the Information Security Policies, Business Continuity Procedures & awareness of all Health and Safety Procedures Essential\/Basic Qualifications Requirements & Skills: NQF Level 4: Grade 12 5 Years Working Experience (Essential) Stakeholder management skills will be an advantage Interpersonal, verbal -and written communication skills No criminal record You will receive valuable benefits like medical aid, pension fund, preferential banking rates, funeral cover and well -being program.
