Security position:
\nPhilippi
\nR4000
\nShifts (06:00 \u2013 18: 00 AND 18:00-06:00)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Report weekly on security matters.
\n\u2022 Hold meetings with security providers regarding matters of concern.
\n\u2022 Liaise with security service providers. IE: alarm company, guarding company etc.
\n\u2022 Respond to emergencies example: when the electric fence is cut or there is a problem with the alarm.
\n\u2022 Check that guards are searching staff appropriately.
\n\u2022 Check daily log books of guards.
\n\u2022 Check visitors book daily.
\n\u2022 Conduct internal security investigations.
\n\u2022 Liaise with Philippi SAPS regarding suspicious activity.
\n\u2022 Plan and conduct random searches of staff.
\n\u2022 Plan and conduct random drug test.
\n\u2022 Troubleshoot alarm and CCTV error along with the assistance of service providers.
\n\u2022 Help with camera checks.
\n\u2022 Walk around premises during the day and spot any suspicious activity.
\n\u2022 Report suspicious activity to Senior Management.
\n\u2022 Liaise with Fleet dept regarding vehicle security.
\n\u2022 Plan and provide feedback on new ways to strengthen and tighten security procedures.
\n\u2022 Report staff misconduct to the appropriate supervisor.
\n\u2022 Review daily report regarding the log book for facilities.
\n\u2022 Deal with all matters regarding theft etc.<\/p>\n

Ideal candidate will be from a security of SAPS background. Be able to work in a high pressure environment. Ability to communicate well on all levels<\/p>\n

Salary: R4000<\/p>\n
