\nSALARY : All inclusive package of R127 851per annum, Level 04. Annual progression up to a maximum salary of R150 606 is possible subject to satisfactory performance. The all-22 contribution to the Government Employee Pension Fund and a flexible portion that may be structured according to your needs within a framework.

REQUIREMENTS :
\nGrade 10\/12 or equivalent qualification.
\nBasic knowledge of administration processes.
\nCommunication skills, Numeracy, Computer Literacy and ability to draw data.
\nSelf-propelled.
\nResponsive person with positive attitude
\nDUTIES :
\nProvide administrative support services: Capture and update data on computer.
\nGenerate spreadsheets.
\nUpdate the system on all data sets.
\nValidate data (for quality purpose) to ensure correctness, completeness and consistency.
\nCompile routine statistical information\/reports.
\nReceive, register and track records or documents posted for further processing in the administration component of the institution.
\nCapture routine transactions on computer such as the transfer of information from manual records to electronic documents.
\nProvide routine and administrative maintenance services: Update and file records.
\nContinuous updating of information on computer for reporting purposes.
\nMaintain DHIS database.
