We like to promote from within: Here\u2019s your chance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>This position reports to the Accountant of Mr D.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain business partner accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconciliations of business partner accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve business partner queries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of statements and distribution thereof to business partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of various billings and invoices to business partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with internal queries on business partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing transactions on accounts payable and accounts receivable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining the age-analyses on accounts payable and receivable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following up with debtors regarding overdue accounts receivable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing of daily transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconciliation of control accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing of daily refunds based on various payment methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance with creation and maintenance of coupons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance with daily, weekly and monthly reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for daily bank uploads and bank reconciliations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing of overhead invoices and payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional ad hoc duties, as required within the finance department<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Attributes required:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical and problem solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills, interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to interpret statements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deadline driven<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of Pastel Evolution knowledge would be beneficial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Bcom degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Honours would be advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Let\u2019s talk about life @ Mr D<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The power is in your hands<\/strong>: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
