      • Adhere to legislation and regulatory requirements as applicable, i.e. CASA, FICA, NCA.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Verify the customers identity according to procedures prior to proceeding with any enquiry or transaction. Where customers are unable to produce acceptable identity documentation, refer issue to CSHM or Manager to take decision on whether to proceed with the customer\u2019s request<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Grade 12 with commercial subjects (math & accountancy)<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Computer Literacy skills<\/span><\/li>\n
