{"id":2862,"date":"2021-10-19T12:20:18","date_gmt":"2021-10-19T12:20:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/career74.co.za\/?p=2862"},"modified":"2021-11-17T12:47:57","modified_gmt":"2021-11-17T12:47:57","slug":"netcare-careers-apply-for-jobs-near-you","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/career74.co.za\/?p=2862","title":{"rendered":"Netcare Careers 2022: Apply for jobs near you"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Human Resources Intern is required to assist with all Hospital and HR administrative functions and also to assist with ad hoc projects as and when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Locations:<\/strong>&nbsp;Netcare Sunninghill Hospital,&nbsp;Netcare Montana Hospital<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Include but no limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Responsible for the filing of all HR personnel records and other documents.<\/li><li>Responsible to scan and catalogue all current and historic files into the electronic filing system as well as current filing.<\/li><li>Assist with payroll input (incl. terminations, engagements, medical aid applications and changes, promotions, transfers, personal information updates, loans, etc.).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deal with employee queries (leave, retirement fund, medical aid, visa applications, policies &amp; procedures, etc.).<\/li><li>Process maternity leave documentation.<\/li><li>Assist with the managing of invoices.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assist with file audits to ensure completeness and compliance.<\/li><li>Assist with other HR projects and initiatives, as and when required.<\/li><li>Assist with recruitment administration.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assist with letters of offers and letters of appointments.<\/li><li>Responsible to prepare and distribute regret letters to non-successful candidates who applied for junior positions.<\/li><li>Assist with the coordination of HR related meetings (diaries, meeting rooms, etc.), including meetings with internal and external training providers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.<\/li><li>Degree or a Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Care \u2013 The basis of our business.
