We are looking for a mature personal assistant with the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Must Have
Valid Driver\u2019s License
Valid SA ID or work permit
Intermediate computer skills
Background in the Property industry is an advantage
Management skills are an advantage
Duties
General
Organization of board meetings which consist of taking minutes, diary, and necessary correspondence
Administrator to the director and arrangement of travel and accommodation for the director and dealer principal
Safekeeping of all personal documentation namely lease agreements, identification, passport, payslips, last will and testaments, financials, SARS and tax documents, insurance policy info etc with discretion on a timeous basis
Maintain a comprehensive administrative filing system
Purchasing of stationery and in-house equipment and supplies
Monday to Friday \u2013 8am \u2013 4pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday \u2013 9am \u2013 1pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Negotiable depending on your experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
