We are an nonprofit family orientated Internet Radio station. Looking to GROW. We play all different genres of music but no grunge music or foul language music. We are looking for radio presenter voice over artist to do recordings for village radio an online radio station. We require confident and vibrant candidate that will represent our brand with pride and professionalism. <\/p>\n

\nTo execute paid media initiatives at a high standard to drive KPI growth.

Budget Management <\/p>\n
Effectively manage the paid search and paid social budgets order to maximize ROI
\nManage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, CPA and reconciling discrepancies
\nOperational Delivery <\/p>\n
Drive intentional traffic, and convert into monthly paying subscribers
\nSuggest and execute weekly tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
\nTrack, report, and analyse website analytics and paid media initiatives and campaigns
\nOptimize copy and landing pages for paid media marketing campaigns
\nPerform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
\nResearch and analyse competitor digital advertising tactics and work with the SEO, social and full growth ecosystem to grow KPIs
\nQualifications Essentials:
\nNational Diploma or Equivalent NQF Level 6 Qualifications in Business Management or similar
\nQualifications Preferred:
\nGrad Degree or Equivalent NQF Level 7 Qualifications in Marketing, Media or Communications
\nExperience <\/p>\n
A minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience managing paid search and \/ or paid social campaigns across Google, Yahoo, Facebook and others
\nUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
\nExperience with website analytics tools
\nStrong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
\nFamiliarity with A\/B and multivariate experiments
\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
\nUnderstanding of all relevant engines, including but not limited to Google and Yahoo, as well as other search and display marketing engines
\nMulti-channel experience: conceptualizing for TV, radio, digital, social, print, etc.
