Riggers, Electrician, Diesel Mechanic, Earth Moving, Boilermakers, Measurement Control &amp; Instrumentation)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The incumbent will be required to successfully complete a structured MQA registered Learnership training programme in order to qualify as an Artisan.<\/p>\n<p><em>ANGLO AMERICAN PLATINUM &#8211; ESTC RANDFONTEIN\u00a0INTERNAL &amp; EXTERNAL \u00a0VACANCIES<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note that the successful Candidates will be appointed on an Unemployed (18.2) contract.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful Candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enrol in an Unemployed (18.2 B1) Learnership programme leading to the selected qualification as a qualified Artisan.<\/p>\n<div id=\"player-wrapper-24682022474536570\" class=\"jw-ad-visible\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Minimum Entry Requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric with Mathematics and English (Minimum 40% pass), Physical Science will be an added advantage, or,<\/li>\n<li>N2 with 4\/5 subjects as per the specific Discipline Requirements (Added advantage), or,<\/li>\n<li>NCV Level &#8211; 3 in appropriate trade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Trade Test Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of N2 Subjects\/ certificate with the applicable subjects for the relevant trade as specified:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Mathematics<\/li>\n<li>Engineering Science;<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Trade Theory;<\/li>\n<li>Industrial Electronics or Engineering Drawings or Platting Structural drawing<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The appointed learner will sign an agreement where the learner commits him \/ herself to perform as required and obtain the minimum N2 or any required subjects applicable to the trade, necessary for qualifying.<\/p>\n<p>Where applicable the Company will support the appointed learner to achieve the minimum requirements by allowing the learner to attend a full trimester to obtain the relevant N2 subjects for the trade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learnership Conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be prepared to work underground\/surface and in plants \u201cdusty areas\u201d, and an eleven day fortnight shift where applicable;<\/li>\n<li>Must be a South African Citizen;<\/li>\n<li>Must pass the relevant Rehabilitation Functionality Assessment (RFA)\u00a0 &amp; medical certificate of fitness, and<\/li>\n<li>Selection of Candidates will be based upon the Anglo American Platinum selection and recruitment procedure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><strong>In addition to above minimum criteria the incumbent will also meet the following requirements:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Code EB\/Code 08 driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Able to travel.<\/li>\n<li>Successfully obtain a Red Ticket (Medical Fitness certificate) on mine.<\/li>\n<li>Your consideration for employment is subject to your SAPS Criminal Record verification and qualifications
