Possess a sense of urgency to deliver results<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Good attention to detail and levels of accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Sets high standards for quality and quantity and works in an orderly manner<\/li>\n<li>Time management and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively prioritise and complete tasks in a high pressure environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with others to achieve a goal<\/li>\n<li>Ability to move forward quickly from setbacks. Remains focused on what needs to be achieved<\/li>\n<li>Adapts to changing circumstances<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively hear feedback and to learn from it<\/li>\n<li>Speaks fluently and writes in a well-structured and logical manner<\/li>\n<li>Must have a passion for selling to customers and marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 is essential. Certified copy to be attached to application.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Level 4 \u2013 50%<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Level 4 \u2013 50%<\/li>\n<li>Maths Literacy. Minimum Level 5 \u2013 60%<\/li>\n<li>2nd language (e.g. Afrikaans or a Home language). Minimum Level 4 \u2013 50%<\/li>\n<li>Completed Sales and Marketing courses is advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not be engaged in post Matric studies or formal employment<\/li>\n<li>Be between the ages of 18 and 30 years<\/li>\n<li>Have effective communication skills in the written &amp; verbal English<\/li>\n<li>Possess basic computer skills mainly MS Excel &amp; MS Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license \u2013 at least a Code B (manual transmission) (license cards not expired)<\/li>\n<li>Have no criminal record or illicit activity recorded<\/li>\n<li>Only South African citizen by birth residing in the Gauteng province will be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EMPLOYMENT EQUITY\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Company\u2019s approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
