Internship \u2013 Fleet Administration<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

G4S\u00a0(SA), a leading global integrated security solutions company, has a\u00a0vacancy\u00a0for an Intern Fleet Administrator\u00a0within the\u00a0Fleet department, both based in Centurion.<\/p>\n

Role Responsibility:<\/b><\/p>\n

Administer the fleet database<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage the administration of all Fleet<\/li>\n
  • Maintain the vehicle database<\/li>\n
  • Manage the transfer documentation of Fleet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Administer fleet policies and procedures<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Maintenance and administration of fleet files<\/li>\n
    • Fleet files to be updated with relevant information.<\/li>\n
    • All fleet documentation to be filed per fleet number\n
        \n
      • Fines<\/li>\n
      • Licence<\/li>\n
      • PDP<\/li>\n
      • Fuel cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Standing instructions\/Policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Administration of fuel cards<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

        • The administration of fuel cards<\/li>\n
        • Fuel reports to supplier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Compile monthly\u00a0national\u00a0fleet reports<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

          • Fleet Performance dashboard<\/li>\n
          • Breakdown report<\/li>\n
          • Cost reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

             <\/p>\n

            The Ideal Candidate:<\/b><\/p>\n

            Minimum qualification:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Tertiary Diploma or Degree related to Fleet or Transport Management<\/li>\n
            • Computer Literacy on MS Office Packages<\/li>\n
            • Ability to work in Centurion, Gauteng<\/li>\n
            • Ability to work for a stipend for a period of 12 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
