Key Purpose<\/b><\/td>\nConduct Outbound and Inbound telephonic Conservation to existing Discovery clients, who have requested cancelation of their Discovery products.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Key Outputs<\/b><\/td>\nThe successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions:
\n\u2022Conduct outbound and inbound telephonic Conservation to existing Discovery client\u2019s, who have requested cancelation of their Discovery policies with the goal of convincing clients to retain their policies with Discovery.
\n\u2022Ensure that all FAIS requirements (FNA,ROA and Statutory notices) are completed during conservation calls.
\n\u2022Ensure that monthly conservation targets are met.
\n\u2022Proactively determine the client\u2018s needs and have the ability to re-sell product to members.
\n\u2022Proactively evaluate interactions with clients providing dazzling service at all times to internal and external clients
\n\u2022Ensuring that customers concerns are addressed and resolved by the relevant areas
\n\u2022Keep accurate statistics on all calls, contacts and clients spoken to and the report findings to management
\n\u2022Ensure that all administrative changes are done timeously , followed through on and monitored<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/b><\/td>\nEssential<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
Matric
\n\u2022At least 2-3 years\u2019 experience in a Life, Health or short term Assurance sales position and\/ or Outbound Telesales environment (Essential)
\n\u20222-3 year Conservation experience or telesales experience
\n\u2022Excellent English and Afrikaans spoken would be beneficial
\n\u2022FAIS accreditation \u2013 NQF 4 or 5 FAIS credits (Required)
\n\u2022Regulatory exams (Required)
\n\u2022Good Excel and Word skills<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
