Key Purpose<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

To take inbound calls, assist Discovery Health members with queries and ensure first time resolutions or refer them to the appropriate area for resolution. Dealing with multiple telephonic queries from Discovery members, brokers, franchises, the public and internal parties.<\/p>\n

Key Outputs<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

\u2022Dealing with multiple telephonic queries from Discovery members, brokers, franchises, the public and internal parties<\/p>\n

\u2022Dealing with all queries through to resolution<\/p>\n

\u2022Keeping client up-to-date with their queries<\/p>\n

\u2022Ensuring excellent quality service to all members<\/p>\n

\u2022Completing administrative and repetitive tasks<\/p>\n

\u2022Keeping accurate detailed stats of all queries\/correspondence and reporting on it on a weekly basis<\/p>\n

\u2022Logging of all queries and routing all enquiries to correct departments<\/p>\n

\u2022Working on Discovery systems<\/p>\n

\u2022Keep up-to-date with policy and product changes<\/p>\n

Assisting with written correspondence where necessary<\/p>\n

\u2022Driving the values of first time resolution on all interactions<\/p>\n

\u2022Applying logic in all circumstances<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

Essential:<\/p>\n

\u2022Matric<\/p>\n

\u2022Basic MS Office Knowledge<\/p>\n

\u2022Minimum of 6 months customer service experience<\/p>\n

Advantageous:<\/p>\n

\u2022Minimum of 6 months inbound call centre experience in a customer service environment. \u2022Ability to speak another language. (please specify)<\/p>\n
