Qualification Requirements<\/span><\/td>\n\u2022 Matric
\n\u2022 Relevant HR Qualification<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Experience Requirements<\/span><\/td>\n\u2022 At least 2 years in a generalist position
\n\u2022 Experience in working in a unionised environment an advantage
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of labour law and legislation in the relevant country being supported<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Key Outputs<\/span><\/td>\n\u2022 Support the implementation of the HR plans and strategies.
\n\u2022 Provide administrative support to HR Manager
\n\u2022 Rendering HR Services through the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
\n\u2022 Advise business, at site level, on best course of action in relation to IR and disciplinary process and procedures, with support from the HR Manager
\n\u2022 To ensure that the organisation is staffed with appropriately qualified and skilled employees
\n\u2022 Provide administration support on EE process
\n\u2022 Administration of the HR MIS
\n\u2022 Support EE\/SD Forum meetings and provide coordination and administrative service to it.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
