claims by providing dedicated administrative support to technical, liability officers within the team.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Merit determination and clarification<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining relevant documentation from claimant<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management<\/li>\n<li>Validation of claim<\/li>\n<li>Diary management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Minimum Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric\/ Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>\u00a02-3 years short term claims administrative experience<\/li>\n<li>Fully computer literate \u2013 MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Previous debt collecting experience (advantageous)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Competencies<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Information
