\nREQUIREMENTS : A grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Able to operate switchboard
\nmachines. Able to handle confidential information. Able to read and write. Good
\ncommunication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles
\nprocess.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Attend to incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Transfer calls to relevant
\nextensions. Provide clients with relevant information. Take messages and convey
\nto the relevant staff. Keep record of all outgoing calls. Print and issue telephone
\naccounts. Maintain telephone database. Allocate pin codes when authorized
\nIdentify and report telephone faults to the supervisor.<\/p>\n
