REQUIREMENTS : Minimum requirement: Basic numeracy and literacy. Experience: Appropriate experience as a cleaner in a Health Facility. Experience with the use of cleaning equipment, materials and detergents. Inherent requirement of the job: The
\nincumbent must be strong enough to lift\/move heavy equipment and supplies and
\nbe on their feet the entire day. Competencies (knowledge\/skills): Good
\ninterpersonal skills. Note: No payment of any kind is required when applying for this
\npost.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Key result areas\/outputs: Perform effective routine cleaning in and around the
\nbuilding, offices and dissection areas by utilising the available resources. Provide
\na clean, safe and hygienic environment to prevent injuries and the spread of
\ninfection. Ensure that cleaning equipment, (i.e. polishing and scrubbing machines,
\nmops, brooms and buckets) are clean after usage and securely stored. Effectively
\nsupport the supervisor by establishing a hygienic environment.<\/p>\n
