main purpose of the job is to offer exceptional customer service by providing detailed product knowledge and maximising sales through effective cross and up selling.<\/p>\n<p>Purpose and Objectives<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To drive sales of the store through cross and up selling.<\/li>\n<li>To reduce loss and shrinkage in store by adhering to Store Operating Procedure.<\/li>\n<li>To create an appealing shopping environment for customers.<\/li>\n<li>To maximise sales by taking ownership of the execution of all promotional events and daily requirements in store.<\/li>\n<li>To increase profitability and brand loyalty with customers.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure continuity of excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Listening and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving ability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric\/Grade 12 (essential).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in cosmetics.<\/li>\n<li>Retail in sales or service environment (desirable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good understanding of retail principles.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to interact with customers effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to apply selling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of stock management principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a
