plan<\/li>\n<li>Implement and increase awareness of the strategic focus drive initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Achieved set volume and value targets on strategic focus brands as well as \u201cpicture of success\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Increase sales coverage by identifying new sales prospects according to segmentation tool<\/li>\n<li>Sales force effectiveness process implemented successfully (3A\u2019s)<\/li>\n<li>Optimise all resources to achieve sales targets (People, processes, time, tools etc.) and resolve issues quickly<\/li>\n<li>Achieve Cold and Ambient space targets by brand category<\/li>\n<li>Built effective working relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders to achieve results<\/li>\n<li>Company values<\/li>\n<li>Providing timeous feedback to team and internal customers on areas for improvement on efficiencies, competition activities or any burning issue requiring quick solutions and attention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate must have the following experience\/skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric \/ Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualification in Marketing\/Sales or related field will be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s licence without endorsements<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year Sales\/Marketing experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong numerical and business acumen experience<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>A willingness to travel and act independently<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work after hours<\/li>\n<li>Self starter \/ self motivator<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li><em>Shortlisted
