SPF provides clients across different market segments (entry-level, middle-income, affluent, professional market and business owners) with a comprehensive range of appropriate and competitive financial solutions. These include traditional life insurance risk and savings products, investment, retirement, health and fiduciary services. This commitment is what drives us to achieve a diverse workplace with employment equity as a key goal to create an inclusive workforce, representative of the demographics of our society as well as people with disabilities<\/p>\n<h4>Position Description<\/h4>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Handle client enquiries and refer to Client Care Centre.<\/li>\n<li>Verify and change client records.<\/li>\n<li>Handle all incoming and outgoing postage.<\/li>\n<li>Scan and refer documents to Client Service Centres and Head Office.<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for administrative task in the office.<\/li>\n<li>Leads generation for sales.<\/li>\n<li>Workplace management.<\/li>\n<li>Provide performance statistics.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Minimum Requirements<\/h4>\n<p><strong>1. Qualifications:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric\/Grade 12<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Experience:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Front office client services experience.<\/li>\n<li>Financial administration and services experience is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Preference will be given to staff that has previous Sanlam Policy Services experience<span lang=\"EN-AU\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-AU\"><strong>3.
