Purpose of the Role<\/span><\/td>\nAgents in this area will be required to provide excellent service to Capitec Bank\u2019s clients by attending to telephonic and written enquiries and complaints within the agreed service levels.
\nTo resolve non-real time client enquiries with the aim on optimal client experience and client retention<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Qualifications<\/span><\/td>\n\u2022 National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Experience<\/span><\/td>\n\u2022 Preference will be given to candidates with experience in any of the following:
\no Knowledge of Capitec Bank processes and procedures within the Contact Centre environment
\no 2 years Administration Experience within a Contact Centre Environment
\no Contact centre (inbound \/ outbound \/ back office customer service)
\no Experience in social media interactions with clients<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Knowledge and skills<\/span><\/td>\n\u2022 Excellent telephonic communication skills (clarity, pace, pitch and tone of voice will be used for short listing purposes)
\n\u2022 Business writing skills would be advantageous
\n\u2022 Problem solving skills
\n\u2022 Client service orientation
\n\u2022 Quality orientation
\n\u2022 Complaint handling skills
\n\u2022 Logical \/ systematic approach to manage enquiries<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
