business strategy.<\/p>\n<p><b>Essential Qualifications \u2013 NQF Level<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric \/ Grade 12 \/ National Senior Certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualification<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Certificate: Call Centre , Matric \/ Grade 12 \/ National Senior Certificate<\/p>\n<p><b>Type of Exposure<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with a group and individually to identify alternative solutions to a problem<\/li>\n<li>Completing various administrative duties<\/li>\n<li>Responding to client queries both telephonically and face to face<\/li>\n<li>Capturing data<\/li>\n<li>Checking accuracy of reports and rec<\/li>\n<li>Communicating internally<\/li>\n<li>Drafting reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Experience Level<\/b><\/p>\n<p>6 months customer service and call centre or retail<\/p>\n<p><b>Technical \/ Professional Knowledge<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrative procedures and systems<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft
