DUTIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for, amongst others, the following specific tasks: \u2022 Facilitate the provision of client services to service points \u2022 Operate the assigned Mobile Unit in a safe and courteous manner \u2022 Drive the Mobile Office to the required service point and ensure that it\u2019s set up at the required location at the scheduled time \u2022 Effectively operate the assigned mobile office and the specialised equipment in the back office safely and courteously \u2022 Assist clients to embark and disembark (i.e. disabled clients) the mobile office where required \u2022 Assist in managing the queues \u2022 Provide clients with assistance in terms of where to go and necessary steps to follow \u2022 Provide highest level of prompt and friendly client service \u2022 Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean inside and outside \u2022 Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduled trip sheets \u2022 Ensure that there are no interruption in services \u2022 Coordinate and liaise with the Schedule and Logistics Manager to ensure that minor and major vehicle maintenance is carried out as scheduled and to limit impact on service delivery \u2022 Perform daily-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure that the mobile unit is in a safe condition at all times \u2022 Report incidents and accidents timeously and compile vehicle condition reports and other records requested by management \u2022 Assist with any duties required by management in the quest for client service excellence \u2022 Adhere to the disciplinary code, code of conduct and all operational manuals provided by DHA \u2022 Resolve problems or complaints according to guidelines established by the management \u2022 Deal with non-standard requests and issues from staff in the execution of their duties \u2022 Perform end of day duties to ensure effective reporting, identification of issues and capturing of performance statistics \u2022 Perform overall supervisory functions of the Unit.<\/p>\n
