Job Title Learning Systems Administrator Division Campus Business Unit HR Location – Branch / Campus Stellenbosch Location – Province Western Cape Purpose of the Role To make all learning available as scheduled. To provide email and telephonic systems support to all employees To maintain the scenarios and programmes on the Scenario Database To send accurate and relevant reports as and when required Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 qualification Basic understanding of the purpose of an L&D department. 2 – 3 years’ proven administration experience within a similar environment Experience Previous experience in a support environment will be an advantage. Previous experience on a LMS (preferably Sum Total) will be an advantage. Previous experience in a support environment will be an advantage. Previous experience of working in an Agile/Kanban environment in an Enterprise Support Team Knowledge and skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Relationship and interpersonal skills (ability to work in a team and alone) High ownership Computer literate Min: Advanced MS Word, Advanced MS Excel, Internet, Outlook Very strong organisation / administrative capabilities Ability to prioritise Not averse to routine tasks Ability to function under pressure and accept criticism Attention to detail (accuracy) Ability to use own initiative Energy and drive Patience Additional Requirements Clear criminal and credit record More We are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
