To deal with payroll input, terminations, changes in details and loading of new employees. Qualification Requirements • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Experience Requirements • FMCG experience an advantage • 2-3 Years’ experience relevant experience in a similar role • 2-3 years’ Sage 300 (People Payroll) system experience Key Outputs Responsibilities: • Recording site working hours/overtime/allowances • Respond to payroll queries – including HR related e.g. employee benefits • Processing of Salaries and wages on payroll • Payments on FIHRST • Pay slip printing and distribution • Terminations and engagements • Leave • Report distribution • Third Party balancing and schedule of contributions distributedCompetencies (knowledge, skills and attributes): • Business policies, procedures and processes • Legislation – PAYE/UIF, Labour Relations Act. • In House Systems • Organisational understanding • Accuracy / Attention to detail • Communication • Numerical ability • Organising/Planning • Innovation / Continuous Improvement • Teamwork • Accountability • Sense of urgency/ results orientation • Respect • Teamwork • Accountability • Sense of urgency • Respect Other Requirements: • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to work in a team environment • Overtime may be required More Please note that it is company policy to promote from within wherever possible, hence internal applicants will be given priority.
