It All Starts With You The sales support administrator (SSA) will manage the appointments for Relationship Executives (RE) and Enterprise Bankers (EB) where clients walk into the branch or phone in without having appointments confirmed. The SSA will further assist the Enterprise sales team with administrative tasks such as drawing of daily listings, follow up on dormant accounts, reviews, securities, outstanding KAMLS, etc What You’ll Give Our Customers Customer needs will be identified accurately and they will receive the appropriate banking advice and guidance. Essential/Basic Qualifications Requirements The success of everyone at Absa is measured by our ability to put our customers at the center of everything we do. To achieve this you will need the following:National Diploma or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification or higher Good Matric Pass with English National diploma in credit, sales or administration is preferred Three (3) years’ sales and/or banking administration experience Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and the Internet No criminal record Ready to Apply?
