| Requirements | A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a similar environment will be an advantage. A valid driving licence and public driving permit is a pre-requisite. Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and ability to utilise maps when necessary. Sound knowledge of Heath and Safety Regulations. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely and to listen attentively. Ad hoc availability after hours if and when required. Good accuracy and attention to detail skills in order to maintain high standards in work output. |
| Key Outputs | Hospital transportation of passengers promptly according to procedures and/ or instructions. Messenger services including but not limited to the delivery, collection and distribution of confidential documents, medication, equipment. Administration duties in the mail and photocopy room. Maintains client service principles to ensure client expectations are met. |
