The Programme follows a structured work- integrated learning approach that combines theory with practical experience within various disciplines of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
The main purpose of this role is to obtain work-integrated learning that combines theory with practical experience by completing a two year structured development programme. The Graduate will rotate within a business unit or work theme to gain the required competencies.
