We are an nonprofit family orientated Internet Radio station. Looking to GROW. We play all different genres of music but no grunge music or foul language music. We are looking for radio presenter voice over artist to do recordings for village radio an online radio station. We require confident and vibrant candidate that will represent our brand with pride and professionalism.

Various languages welcome English, Isizulu, Seshoto, Afrikaans, etc

Present a music program live to air positive clear speaking voice, read weather reports and other live reads.

Purpose of the Position:
To execute paid media initiatives at a high standard to drive KPI growth.
Tasks

Budget Management

Effectively manage the paid search and paid social budgets order to maximize ROI
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, CPA and reconciling discrepancies
Operational Delivery

Drive intentional traffic, and convert into monthly paying subscribers
Suggest and execute weekly tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyse website analytics and paid media initiatives and campaigns
Optimize copy and landing pages for paid media marketing campaigns
Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and analyse competitor digital advertising tactics and work with the SEO, social and full growth ecosystem to grow KPIs
Qualifications Essentials:
National Diploma or Equivalent NQF Level 6 Qualifications in Business Management or similar
Qualifications Preferred:
Grad Degree or Equivalent NQF Level 7 Qualifications in Marketing, Media or Communications
Experience

A minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience managing paid search and / or paid social campaigns across Google, Yahoo, Facebook and others
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
Experience with website analytics tools
Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Understanding of all relevant engines, including but not limited to Google and Yahoo, as well as other search and display marketing engines
Multi-channel experience: conceptualizing for TV, radio, digital, social, print, etc.
