Position Description

The Admin Clerk will primarily ensure the settlement of insured and uninsured third party motor vehicle accident claims by providing dedicated administrative support to technical, liability officers within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merit determination and clarification
  • Obtaining relevant documentation from claimant
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Validation of claim
  • Diary management

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric/ Grade 12
  •  2-3 years short term claims administrative experience
  • Fully computer literate – MS Office
  • Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills
  • Previous debt collecting experience (advantageous)
