Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist with Quality assurance management plan and process (TCF) • Assist with administration of the company quality assurance management plan • Assist in Analyzing information • Assist in identifying trends • Follow up on outstanding aspects 2. Assist with Quality control reviews (TCF) • Obtain identified information as provided by the manager • Obtain relevant application forms, dispute letters and compile report to compare signatures, addresses and beneficiaries • Capture information on shared folder 3. General administration functions • Answer investment dedicated telephone line in absence of manager • Any other administrative functions requested by the manager |
