Core Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and undertake daily work tasks effectively and ensure a high standard of work is maintained
- Cleaning council properties
- To execute operational responsibility and ensure that governance and risk management processes in the context of organizational policy is applied
- To perform daily responsibility to implement the budget in respect of maintenance of rental stock and hostels
- To provide effective customers service to the tenants and build relationship with stakeholders
- To build and sustain relationships with decision makers and interest groups, in support of divisional objectives
