Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 10 or cleaning abilities
  • Relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and undertake daily work tasks effectively and ensure a high standard of work is maintained
  • Cleaning council properties
  • To execute operational responsibility and ensure that governance and risk management processes in the context of organizational policy is applied
  • To perform daily responsibility to implement the budget in respect of maintenance of rental stock and hostels
  • To provide effective customers service to the tenants and build relationship with stakeholders
  • To build and sustain relationships with decision makers and interest groups, in support of divisional objectives
