DUTIES: The successful candidates will be responsible for, amongst others, the following specific tasks: • Drawing, photocopying and scanning of records • Filing of fingerprints records in drawers • Perform end of day duties and produce daily reports/statistics regarding turnaround times, documents processed and error rates • Deal with telephonic enquiries from front office, back office NIB and other parties regarding feedback and status of applications and verifications • Ensure efficient and effective application and utilisation of resources within the Fingerprint Verification Unit • Asset management and Quality Control
