SALARY: R152 862 per annum
REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 or secretarial diploma/certificate and relevant experience as a secretary will be an added advantage. Computer literate.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer and screen telephone calls. Compile memoranda and presentations. Execute office and general administrative duties. Manage electronic document tracking system. Maintain diary and manage appointments. Acknowledge receipt of documents. Record and issue minutes. Arrange meetings/conferences /workshops with relevant stakeholders upon request. Make all transport arrangements for conferences, courses, meetings and away from the office. Ensure submission of travel claims. Management of assets.
